Product Orders
Miereschuel.com assumes that all sales are made to persons over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you need the involvement of a parent or guardian. As soon as you place an order with Akın Tekstil Sema Aydoğar Orders can be placed in Turkish via miereschuel.com. You must provide a valid e-mail address to which the necessary information and information about the order will be sent.

Pricing Policy

Payment Terms
Your order and credit card details are safe. All personal and credit card information provided to the website is secured using 3D Secure Technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage, we can only accept payment by the methods specified in the payment options section of the site.
Payment of the product price and the related shipping fee must be made by following the procedures specified at the time of payment. The purchase price of the products indicated in the purchase summary and the related shipping costs will be charged to your current account at the time of purchase.
MIERESCHUEL is responsible for the secure storage and automatic processing of order data, including credit card details. For payment, you must confirm on miereschuel.com that you are the cardholder and that the name indicated on the credit card is yours by entering the credit card number, expiration date and the security code indicated on the card. After completing the order, your bank may request confirmation that the information entered and the credit card used have not been reported as lost or stolen. This authorization is not a debt. If for any reason the amounts due cannot be debited, the sale cannot be completed.
Customs and Import Taxes
You have the option to prepay taxes and duties by selecting "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout, which means that you do not have to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery of the order.
Taxes and duties depend on the sales tax imposed by your country of delivery for purchases from Turkey, taxes levied by your country of delivery during processing and the classification of the product in question following a harmonized system. Taxes and duties will be automatically calculated into your final order total at checkout. Taxes and duties are non-refundable.
If DDU (Delivery Unpaid) is selected as the recipient, you are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by your country of delivery. Payment of these is required to clear your order from customs upon arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cost of fees at the time of delivery. If duties and tax fees are not paid, the order will be returned to the MIERESCHUEL warehouse and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
Standard 10% VAT will be applied on all orders shipped to Turkey.
Cargo
MIERESCHUEL ships worldwide and offers Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS or Aramex, which requires a signature.
Delivery time starts one business day after the order date. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during the following hours: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Turkish holidays. All products are shipped from MIERESCHUEL's warehouse: Bağlar Mah. Mimar Sinan Cad. 23/11 Bağcılar, Istanbul- Turkey.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. If you order products with different availability times, we will ship your order when your entire order is ready. If you choose to ship products as they become available, you will be invoiced for each one.
If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery and the person at the address does not accept the delivery, MIERESCHUEL's obligation in this respect is deemed to have been fulfilled. If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the recipient, MIERESCHUEL shall not be liable for non-receipt by that person. In these cases, the customer shall be liable for any damages arising from the late receipt of the product and all costs arising from the product waiting for delivery at the cargo company and / or returned to MIERESCHUEL.
Returns and Refunds
MIERESCHUEL seeks the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering exchanges or returns within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the products to the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, requests for returns and refunds must be made as follows: Requests for possible returns or refunds of merchandise require that the product must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and with the relevant hygiene straps attached. Before requesting a return, please make sure that the goods comply with our return conditions.
You can send your returns to MIERESCHUEL's warehouse with a shipping service of your choice and you will be responsible for return shipping and customs fees and charges. Please make sure that you have correctly filled out all documents required for customs clearance and included them in your package. We recommend that you check with local authorities and/or your chosen shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient. MIERESCHUEL cannot be held responsible for parcels detained by Customs due to missing or insufficient documentation. We therefore strongly recommend that you choose a transportation service that allows you to track the delivery at any time.
As per our company policy, we offer exchange offers. Depending on stock availability, we can exchange orders in different colors and sizes. All items in the sale section are non-returnable. Any item(s) marked as final sale are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, allow us about 2 or 3 business days to verify the integrity of the products. Once your return has been accepted, the refund will be processed as soon as possible in the same currency to the card used for the original purchase.
Our refund process takes 3 to 10 business days to complete. The time it takes for the credit to be restored to your account depends on your banking procedures.
It is important for health and hygiene; We kindly ask you to deliver the package undamaged, with all labels on and undamaged, unused product to the courier who will come to your door. We would like to state that the shipping fee belongs to you for the return shipments you have made outside our contracted cargo company.
If the refund is made in a currency other than TRY, the refund amount will vary according to the exchange rates valid on the date of return. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will not claim any difference between the amount paid and the refunded amount for this reason.
