RETURN POLICY

MIERESCHUEL seeks the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering exchanges or returns within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the products to the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, requests for returns and refunds must be made as follows: Requests for possible returns or refunds of merchandise require that the product must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and with the relevant hygiene straps attached. Before requesting a return, please make sure that the products comply with our return conditions.


For sale items, only exchanges are available; returns are not accepted.


You can send your returns to MIERESCHUEL's warehouse with the shipping company we will direct to your door during the return process, and we will be responsible for return shipping and customs fees. If you send it with a logistics company of your own choice, all fees will be charged to you. Please make sure that you have correctly filled out all the documents required for customs clearance and included them in your package. We recommend that you check with local authorities and/or your chosen shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient. MIERESCHUEL cannot be held responsible for parcels detained by Customs due to missing or insufficient documentation. We therefore strongly recommend that you choose a transportation service that allows you to track the delivery at any time.

We offer exchange offers according to our company policy. Depending on stock availability, we can exchange orders in different colors and sizes. All items in the sale section are non-returnable. Any item(s) marked as final sale are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.


Your return will be accepted if the product you have returned meets the return conditions. Your payment for the return will be made as described below.


It is important in terms of health and hygiene; We kindly ask you to deliver the package undamaged, with all labels on and undamaged, unused product to the courier that will come to your door. We would like to state that the shipping and customs fee for the return shipments you have made outside of our contracted cargo company belongs to you.


PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery to the BUYER, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, Except for those provided within the scope of the subscription contract, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if the packaging is opened by the BUYER, it is not possible to return them in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal regarding the services started to be performed with the approval of the consumer in accordance with the Regulation. PAYBACK

If the refund is made in a currency other than TRY, the refund amount will vary according to the exchange rates valid on the date of the refund. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will not claim any difference between the amount paid and the refunded amount for this reason.


The integrity of the products will be verified within 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse. If the product you have returned meets the return conditions, your return will be accepted and then the refund will be refunded to the card you used for the purchase within the period your bank deems appropriate.


Our refund process takes 3 to 10 business days to complete. The time it takes for the credit to be restored to your account depends on your banking procedures.
